ChatGPT, Google and other AI tools are run by other companies, change often, and give different answers to different people. We can't control them, so we don't guarantee that any tool will recommend your business, or any ranking, number of calls, leads or revenue.
Payment is taken up front through Stripe. We deliver the AI Visibility Fix within 3 business days of payment, or of receiving the details we need about your services and service areas if that comes later. Everything is delivered by email; nothing is shipped.
If you don't think the AI Visibility Fix was worth it, email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Stay on Top renews every month until you cancel. Cancel any time by email or phone, and you won't be charged again. The month you've already paid for isn't prorated. If you cancel within 14 days of your first monthly charge, we'll refund that charge in full.
Please give us accurate information about your business. You decide what gets published. If you add us as a manager on your Google Business Profile, we only make the changes you've approved, and you can remove our access at any time. You own the copy we write for you once you've paid for it.
We never write, buy or fake reviews, and our review requests don't offer customers anything in exchange for a review. Google, Yelp, the BBB and other platforms have their own rules, and we follow them.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, or for changes made by AI tools or other platforms.
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you paid applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of Virginia.

To answer you, send the snapshot or services you asked for, bill you, and follow up about your work with us. If we emailed you first and you'd rather not hear from us, reply or call and we'll stop.
We don't sell or rent personal information. We use a few service providers to run the business: Google Workspace (email), Stripe (payments), ElevenLabs and Twilio (phone line), and Cloudflare (website hosting). They handle data for us under their own privacy terms. When we check AI visibility, we type your business name, trade and city into AI assistants such as ChatGPT. That's public information. We also use AI tools to help research and draft your deliverables, and we only give them business information the work needs.
This site doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our web host (Cloudflare) and font provider (Google Fonts) receive basic technical data, such as your IP address, when the page loads.
We keep information for as long as we need it to serve you, and keep billing records as long as tax law requires. Email us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, and we'll respond within 30 days.
If we change this policy we'll update the date above.
